Accounts and roles
Staff sign in to your community’s web app with their own accounts. Players don’t need accounts: their radios get channels from agencies instead.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including the game server connection, the system key and the Discord bot |
| Admin | Manage users below admin and all system settings; delete recordings |
| Dispatcher | Use the dispatch console and play recordings |
| Viewer | Look at settings and history without changing anything |
Admins and owners add users on the Users page. Anyone can change their own password and display name on their Account page.
Audit log
Section titled “Audit log”The Audit log records sign-ins, account changes and dispatch actions (acknowledging and clearing emergencies,
inhibiting radios, alert tones, moving radios), plus recordings being played or deleted. Actions taken by other
software show who took them: “Game server”, or “API:
Getting help from us
Section titled “Getting help from us”When you ask for support, we may open your web app as Platform support. That access is short-lived and appears in your audit log.
