Questions
What's included in every plan?
The hosted radio system, the FiveM resource, the web app with accounts and audit log, the dispatch console, coverage maps, framework and Discord role support, hourly backups and updates.
What counts as a connected radio?
A player whose radio is switched on and connected at the same time. Radios that are off, and players without a radio, don't count.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, or through Tebex. Monthly or yearly; yearly costs ten months.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, contact us. Upgrades apply straight away. On a downgrade, the smaller limits apply from then on; recordings older than the new plan keeps are deleted.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a grace period to fix it before the radio system is paused. Nothing is deleted while it's paused, and it comes back as soon as payment goes through.
